Adoption update

Its been awhile, not much new to tell. Things take more time this time around. We are moving our dossier to Pskov this week. We hear it takes two months with papers in the region to receive a referral, then another two months after the referral is accepted to get travel dates for the first trip. Then after the first trip it will be approx another 2-4 months to get a court date. With Brayden we bypassed the referral and received that incountry, thats not an option in these regions. At this point we are saying we hope to be done by Christmas with both trips. That way I don't get too involved in it and hope for better timing. :-) Guess we already have one, so he keeps us busy enough to not be uptight about the next one taking soooo long. Pskov will be a better region for us financially as its not a tourist trap so the hotels and food will be less expensive. Since our first trip will likely be in May again!!! It will be good to not be sooo expensive. I had sooo hoped for the first trip to be in Feb when flights are cheaper, but that didn't work out so well. For that I should have started paperwork in Aug, and I DIDN"T DO THAT!! Its all ok and works out as God plans and not me, so I best get used to it!! All for now, just wanted to post an update for all who are wondering when we might know something.
